What If I Don't Have Time To Chat With Customers?
AutoIM offers the ability for online operators to take chats with your customers in a practical sales dialog. During the chat, the customer's contact information such as name, email and phone number is collected. After the chat, the buyer information is forwarded to you through email.
When working with AutoIM, are there any applications I must load onto my laptop or PC?
